These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Love Abides Enterprises website (www.loveabidesenterprises.com) and all services provided by Love Abides Enterprises (collectively, the "Services"). 1. Acceptance of Terms: By booking a session or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services: Love Abides Enterprises provides personalized and group support sessions, including the Root to Crown Program, designed to guide individuals toward wholeness, emotional resilience, and personal growth. Our services are for educational, coaching, and supportive purposes.

3. Client Responsibilities: As a client of Love Abides Enterprises, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking and sessions.

• Engage in sessions respectfully and constructively.

• Maintain the confidentiality of other participants in group sessions.

• Ensure a suitable, private environment for your sessions, especially for online sessions.

Service Delivery and Program Integrity: Love Abides Enterprises provides structured programs and supportive services designed with specific principles and methodologies (including the Root to Crown Program) to guide you towards wholeness and growth. To ensure the integrity, effectiveness, and consistency of our offerings, and to maintain an optimal arena of peace, comfort, and safety for all participants:

• The principles, content, and products of Love Abides Enterprises are not open to debate or negotiation.

• Sessions, whether individual or group, are facilitated according to the established framework and professional guidance of Joann Bain.

• Participants are asked to respect the facilitator's role in guiding the session's flow, content, and group dynamics. This ensures a consistent, beneficial, and equitable experience for all involved.

4. Pricing and Payment:

• Our current pricing is listed on our 'Contact Us for Session Appointments' Page.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

• All prices are stated in Bahamian Dollars (BSD).

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds: Please refer to our dedicated Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Page for detailed information regarding rescheduling and our non-refundable policy. All session bookings are final and non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, program materials (such as the Root to Crown Program handouts), and software, is the property of Love Abides Enterprises or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws of The Bahamas and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or transmission of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability: Love Abides Enterprises and its facilitator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service: To ensure and maintain our arena of peace, comfort, and safety for all individuals and groups, Love Abides Enterprises reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion. This decision may be made if it is determined that a mutual fit for the benefit of all parties involved is not present, or to uphold the integrity and positive environment of our offerings.
